Compliance & Care

Privacy Policy

Transparency, consent, and respect for your digital presence.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Honoring Your Presence

At existingaswho, we view privacy not simply as a regulatory requirement, but as an essential element of presence and mutual respect. This document details our transparent approach to cookie management, analytics, and data handling within our digital and somatic environments.

We design our interactive features to be offline-first and client-persisted wherever possible, keeping your reflective inputs on your own device.

3. Telemetry & Analytics Tools

To continuously refine our interactive somatic maps, breathing guides, and written essays, we utilize a minimal set of privacy-aligned telemetry tools:

Microsoft Clarity: We utilize Microsoft Clarity to analyze user interactions through anonymous session recordings, heatmaps, and diagnostic telemetry. This helps us understand how visitors interact with our respiratory paces, visualizer controls, and content flows, enabling us to repair broken layouts and improve responsiveness. Microsoft processes this data in accordance with their privacy commitment.

Umami Analytics: We utilize a lightweight, privacy-respecting Umami instance to measure overall visitor numbers and trends without collecting personally identifiable information (PII) or utilizing tracking cookies.

Vercel Analytics: We gather high-level performance data to ensure our servers serve the site quickly and reliably across all geographic locations.

4. Information We Collect

If you choose to reach out to us via email at [email protected], we will only use your email address and message contents to respond directly to your inquiry.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your contact details or email communications with any third-party marketing companies. Any personal information you share is held in absolute confidence.

5. Future Payments & Stripe Integration

In the future, we may offer paid guides, somatic workbooks, or registration for retreats and physical gatherings. These transactions will be processed using Stripe, a secure, industry-leading third-party payment gateway.

At that time, any personal data required to finalize your transaction (such as billing address and payment credentials) will be collected and secured directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We will not store or handle raw payment cards on our servers.

6. Your Rights & Contacts

Under EU GDPR, UK Data Protection Acts, and other global privacy frameworks, you retain full rights over any digital footprint you leave. You have the right to inspect, correct, or request the deletion of any correspondence we hold.

If you have questions about our privacy commitment or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at [email protected].
